Who we are

Prestige Ultimate Care operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill in a form on this site we record the details you type: your name, email address, phone number, the address of the job when you give one, what you are asking for, and your message.
• Your account. If we set up an account for you, we store your name, contact details and a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself and cannot read it.
• Technical records. Our server keeps ordinary logs: the pages requested, the time, the IP address, and the browser's user-agent string. We record the IP address a form was sent from so we can deal with abuse.

What we do with it

• To answer your enquiry, quote for the work and carry it out.
• To send you the emails that go with that: a confirmation, a link to set up your account, a password reset when you ask for one.
• To keep the site working and to stop automated abuse of our forms.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the suppliers described below, who act on our instructions.

Marketing email

We only send marketing email to people who asked for it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Transactional messages (a reply to your enquiry, a password reset) are not marketing and do not carry one.

Cookies

The public pages of this site set no cookies. When you sign in to your account we set one session cookie so the site can remember that it is you. It is removed when you sign out.

Who else is involved

• Our hosting provider, which runs the server this site is on.
• Our email provider, which delivers the messages this site sends.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, if the anti-bot check is switched on, which sees the request so that it can tell a person from a script.

Name the actual suppliers here before publishing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our legal and tax obligations, then delete them. Server and activity logs are pruned on a schedule.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, for example under the GDPR or the CCPA. Write to us using the details above and we will respond.

Children

This site is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
