Is there a minimum number of hours?
Visits are scheduled in blocks that make sense for the person receiving care. Your care advisor will walk through options and cost during the free consultation, before anything is agreed.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Care is arranged around your needs and can change as they change. We explain the notice we ask for up front, in plain language.
What if my parent does not click with the caregiver?
Tell your care manager. We will talk it through and introduce someone new. Getting the match right matters more to us than anything else.
Can you help us figure out how to pay for care?
Yes. We help families understand private pay, long term care insurance, veterans benefits and Medicaid programs, and we will tell you plainly what applies to your situation.
Do you provide medical care?
Our caregivers provide non medical, hands on support at home. When skilled nursing is needed we coordinate with your doctors and home health providers so everyone is on the same page.
